Your challenge

When you start your career as a young graduate at TriFinance, you enter our Young Hub program: a trainee program for the first two years after graduation. We start with a Bootcamp where we tackle key topics in Financial Institutions and consulting. We pay attention to soft skills and include plenty of fun moments and team-building activities.

• You are a young graduate with a Bachelor or Master in Finance, Commercial Sciences, Banking and Insurance, Risk Management,...
• You have a strong interest in the challenging sector of banks and/or insurance companies
• You are fluent in Dutch, French & English
• You are a strong believer of knowledge sharing
• You are open to work in the region of Brussels & Antwerp, where our clients are located
