Our team is looking to enforce its organization to further boost Business Development across TriFinance . The Business Development analyst will report to the Business development lead Belgium and collaborate closely with the business development teams of the business units.
As a business Analyst you act as a bridge between the business, Expert Support Units ( XSU) and Leadership. You identify issues & capture the business requirements. You will work with various stakeholders to define and implement solutions that will maximize the value delivered to customers (internal or external).
As a change agent, you will introduce and facilitate changes across the organization to enhance the growth strategy.
Your challenge
- Supporting the XSU Business Development in the development and improvement of business development processes, templates, policies, insights, and tools
- Developing trend analyses and business development insights, including sector analysis, competitor analysis, and customer satisfaction analysis
- Facilitating knowledge management through organizing trainings and awareness sessions, deploying knowledge sharing, and improving reference case and proposal databases
- Capturing business needs through building a strong relationship with all business units & stakeholders
- Project management of internal projects and initiatives
- Improving the setup and use of internal systems and tools in collaboration with IT and the business
- Identifying, developing, deploying and running business development reportings & analytics, and monitoring system hygiene & enrichment
- Supporting internal awareness to promote our full portfolio of services and assist in the development of business development onboarding and training programs.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and project management
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Dutch & English, both written and oral.
