As a BCB Leader you are the driving force behind TriFinance
Luxembourg 's Pragmatic Advisory and Transition & Support activities
within sectors such as the Financial Services, ICT & Telecom, Industries,
Retail, Logistics, Healthcare and other Business Services.
You develop a strategy for the market you are targeting by means of
thorough market & client analyses, which is translated and elaborated
in a business plan that is focused on the further development and
growth of these activities to translate the needs of clients into concrete
and pragmatic propositions. By proactively approaching the market
you are able, together with your BaseCamp (internal team), to create
demand. Ultimately you are able to make the latent demand in the
market transparent.
Giving substance to these propositions requires having the right
expertise in house. So you are accountable for the timely recruitment
(intake) of the people who belong to this proposition. Through the
match between the recruitment and the customer needs, we at
Trifinance are able to let our consultants work on their ambition. By
having mentors take care of the ambition during the assignment, we

You will be accountable for the development and management of a
multidisciplinary team that is responsible for the recruitment and the
onboarding of new employees, for the development of your colleagues’
growth and for ensuring high qualitative services’ delivery to clients. You
work together with and can fall back on the expertise of the Expert
Support Units: Care, Communication, Business development,Systems
to Support, Finance & Business Insight and Legal at Group level.

Purpose function
Accountable for all ins and outs of the Blue Chip Boutique and in this
way leading the Blue Chip Boutique, attracting new and committed Me
inc®'ers, facilitating the development of the employees and as a result
being able to expand the customer portfolio in order to achieve growth
and being recognized as challenger within the Luxembourg’s market.
With a successful application of our Furthering People strategy and the
same execution of the business plan, the derived financial "targets" will
certainly be achieved.
Key activities
The BCB Leader of TriFInance Luxembourg leads the Blue Chip
Boutique including its staff and reports to the Country Managing
Director and the ParkLane Insight Leadership Team (LT). The Blue Chip
Boutique is part of a portfolio of services of ParkLane Insight. The
ultimate goal is to deliver on our promise: 'Furthering People for Better
Performance in Do-How'.
General
● Be accountable for the continuous improvement of the Hub
and BaseCamp, both qualitatively and quantitatively
● Operate according to the rationale of the strategic functions to
provide our complete service portfolio
● Facilitate and set a good example regarding collaboration and
knowledge sharing in accordance with the Operating Model.
● Ensure continuity through a sustainable BU with strong people
and good clients
● Implement the group's strategic choices and actively
supporting this corporate strategy in Luxembourg
● Be accountable for the quality of information in our core
systems to facilitate Knowledge Sharing about the working of
the value chains From Intake to Alumni and From Opportunity
to Delight (systems hygiene)
● Collaborate with the Expert Support Units in the PLI Group
Personnel and primary process in relation to Furthering People for
better Performance
● Apply a good mix of motivation and leadership to achieve
success for both employees and company
● Make strategic choices; defining desired results and translating
these into actions and targets for the team
● Accountable for the optimal staffing, composition (ratio of
junior to expert), development, motivation and management of
a multidisciplinary team
● Accountable to create transparency about training and
development needs resulting in the strategic workforce of the
future
Business / commercial process
● Develop a business plan for Luxembourg in which the way
forward is described and financially elaborated
● Create and stimulate your own relevant networks at board and
management level (C-level) in Luxembourg and connect them
(sustainably) to TriFinance
● You are experienced as a trusted adviser, analyse market &
customer needs in Luxembourg, come up with appropriate
approaches, solutions or offers in the form of team-based
assignments (supply driven)
● Actively collaborate with other BCB’s of the PLI Group to benefit
from our unique Portfolio of Services via cross-selling
● Manage and develop of a defined number of Large Accounts
● Get the full P&L responsibility for the BCB in Luxembourg and
actively report and adjust when necessary
● Develop a strategy for targeted marketing and communication
activities with maximum reach and impact and in line with our
corporate M&C strategy
Visibility:
● Balance outside and inside (50/50), visible both on TriFinance
Luxembourg office and above all at our customers.
Required level of
education
We consider team results more important than individual results. For
leaders, they must show leadership and, in accordance with our value
'leading by example', demonstrate how teamwork and team results are
effectively achieved. Therefore a Masters’ degree and proven track
record in creating a sustainable team and business is essential.
What skills / knowledge is required?
● Proven track record as trusted advisor on C-level
● Tenacious / result driven / analytical ability / immune to stress.
● Broad general development, understanding of the market and
market developments for clients located in Luxembourg
● Expertise in the field of (challenges of) corporate institutions
and the new organisation / future of work
● Knowledge of financial processes, legislation and regulations
and substantive topics within the financial services sectors
● A genuine interest in learning and is proactively looking for
ways to improve
● Showed and intrapreneurial attitude

Focus
The function consists of three main principles:
1. Furthering People: the continuous improvement of the Hub
and BaseCamp, both qualitatively and quantitatively
2. Strategic Functions: operate according to the rationale of the
strategic functions to provide our complete services’ portfolio
3. Operating Model: facilitating and setting a good example
regarding collaboration and knowledge sharing in accordance
with the OpMod.
As BCB Leader you:
● (Further) develop and expand propositions (both to candidates
and prospects/clients) of the TriFinance
LuxemboutrgLuxembourg (both internally and externally)
● Manage the TriFinance Luxembourg Office, consisting of
BaseCamp (internal) and Hub (project consultants and Interim
Management) employees
● Take care of an optimal staffing
● Provide feedback, facilitate development and train employees
primarily on the job. Stimulating the use of Living Me inc®, BSK
framework & Role-mapping
● Develop, maintain and expand customer relationships and
prospects in Luxembourg (and abroad when applicable)
● Identify and respond to Luxembourg market developments
● Take care of specific target group-oriented communications in
Luxembourg
● Draw up an annual budget and make sure it’s approved by the
Country Management Director and the Leadership Team (LT)
● Report to LT about Furthering People, Beyond P&L topics and
about turnover and margin, customers and measures aimed at
continuous improvement
● Ensure that everyone understands the importance of correct
recording and updating of information in core systems
(including PBAP, BOARD, SalesForce / Connexys, Collaboration
Platform, Living Me inc®, Mapping Tool (BSK & BRM). Correct
input into systems (validity & hygiene) is the BCB's sanity
assignment
● Ensure continuity and take care of (the development of) a
second in command
● Ensure reciprocal cooperation with other BCB’s and XSU’s,
understanding that the BCB’s together comprise the total
portfolio of our service offering and may not compete with
each other. (entrepreneur vs. intrapreneur)
Other “K” Criteria
The BCB Leader Luxembourg should demonstrate/have the following
from the start to generate fast integration and quick material
outcome/results :
● Have a solid FI background ideally with a past expertise in the
Finance department
● Come from the Consulting sector
● Own a solid Business Acumen in FS sector and more generally
in the Luxembourg Market
● Be an Inspiring People Manager
● Have a strong ability to execute the strategy together with the
Country Managing Director defined with the Leadership Team
● Be a solid Intrapreneur
● Be 35 - 50 Y old
● Have and demonstrate strong situational leadership skills
● Demonstrate no nonsense hands on attitude
● Be living in Luxembourg and have a strong affinity with
International and Local culture in Luxembourg
● Own a solid (don’t mean big but very qualitative and directly
activable to get results) network in Luxembourg (clients and
candidates)
● Be able to define and roll out the BD and Care plan to reach
the financial objective set
